Whether a greenfield or brownfield project: SPIE ROFA GmbH draws on experience from many projects implemented worldwide and utilizes its own capacities as well as a solid network of reliable, international partners for realization. Our project managers always keep an eye on costs, timing, and qualitative requirements, and are always attentive to your concerns.

Prototype Construction

Our true strength unfolds in the interplay of development and production. Both areas are closely intertwined at SPIE ROFA GmbH and throughout the entire group. The in-house prototype hall is only a few steps from the design offices, making timely consultations possible at any time. The invaluable advantage: We can anticipate technical problems that would otherwise only emerge during real-world operation. Thanks to the extensive opportunities to test and optimize prototypes, you are protected from unpleasant surprises during final assembly. This often takes place under extreme time pressure, which is precisely why perfect preparation is the decisive factor here.

Manufacturing

Quality across the board is our principle. In addition to in-house manufacturing, we have been successfully collaborating with selected suppliers for many years. We know the contact persons here, the quality of their work, and can rely on delivery reliability and an excellent price-performance ratio. Even for international projects where customs regulations and freight costs play an important role, we pass the benefits directly on to you. Both internal and external manufacturing are subject to continuous quality monitoring, carried out by our purchasing department in coordination with engineering.

Commissioning

The commissioning of your system with all components, including control-side integration, is carried out by highly competent assembly personnel, mostly from our own ranks or in cooperation with carefully selected subcontractors. A permanently assigned site manager is always present on site and available for you. We know from countless projects that there is high tension at the moment of commissioning. Everything must run smoothly now so that you can work seamlessly with the newly implemented system. Of course, we use suitable time windows for final assembly, such as night shifts or factory holidays, to impair your productivity as little as possible.
