Simon Impler Awarded Bavarian State Prize

Every year, the Government of Upper Bavaria, on behalf of the Bavarian State Government, awards State Prizes to graduates who complete their training with exceptional achievements.

This year, Simon Impler, who completed his three-year apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems at ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG, is among the top achievers and has been honored with the Bavarian State Prize.

During his apprenticeship, Simon not only acquired technical knowledge but also gained practical experience that perfectly prepared him for his career. The practice-oriented training at ROFA opens up diverse perspectives and lays the foundation for successful professional development. “We are delighted that Simon has decided to continue his career with us,” explains Markus Hermanns, HR Manager of SPIE Automation Solutions GmbH.

Simon himself says: “The training at ROFA was an exciting and educational time for me. I was particularly inspired by the team spirit and the variety of tasks. Now, I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems within the ROFA environment.”
