Where Education and Future Go Hand in Hand

Good training is far more than just a stepping stone into professional life – it is the foundation for sustainable corporate success.

At ROFA, this commitment is lived every day. The company consciously focuses on excellent talent development and specifically invests in the training of young people.

The results are impressive: ROFA apprentices are repeatedly honored with the coveted State Award for their outstanding achievements in their final examinations.

The quality standard is effectively implemented, as demonstrated by numerous awards ROFA has received, some multiple times, over the past years. These include “Bayerns Best 50,” an honor from the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy for exceptional growth strength among medium-sized businesses; the “IHK-Ausbildungsbetrieb” seal for exemplary commitment by a company that independently ensures its supply of skilled workers and future managers; and the “Top Employer for Medium-Sized Businesses” award, presented by one of the leading online job portals in the German-speaking world.

For ROFA, training its own junior staff is far more than a social obligation – it is a strategic success factor. By training its own qualified specialists, the company not only secures its own need for competent employees but also creates attractive prospects for young talent. Apprentices benefit from practical, individualized support and excellent chances of being hired, while the company can rely on dedicated, highly trained specialists.

This creates a true win-win situation: apprentices receive a solid and excellent education that opens all doors for them, and ROFA gains motivated, highly qualified employees who enrich the company with fresh ideas and expertise. A recipe for success that sets a trend – and makes ROFA one of the most attractive employers in the region.

The most recent State Award winner at ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG is Artin Neimi, who successfully completed his training as an IT specialist in August 2025. For this outstanding achievement, Artin received the Bavarian State Award 2025, which was presented to him at State Vocational School 1 Rosenheim.
